Terms of Service.

Effective October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any website design, development, or Google Business Profile management services ("Services") provided by Local Web Co. — Roseburg ("we," "us," or "our") to a client ("you," "your"). By engaging us for Services, making a payment, or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Deposits and Payment

Projects typically require a non-refundable deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due at launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit compensates us for the time, planning, and resources committed to your project from the start and is not refundable once work has begun, including if you later decide not to proceed.

We accept payment by card (via Stripe), Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or ACH bank transfer via invoice link. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any project with an outstanding balance until payment is received.

Project Scope and Revisions

Our quoted price covers the number of pages and scope of work discussed at the time of your quote. Additional pages, features, or substantial revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before beginning that work.

Content You Provide

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful content (text, images, logos, and other materials) for your website, and you represent that you own or have the right to use everything you provide us. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from content you supplied, including claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of a third party's rights.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website delivered to you. We retain the right to display any project we build — including this one — in our own portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

No Guarantee of Results

While we build websites and manage Google Business Profiles using current best practices, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activity are outside our control, and no refund will be issued based on results or rankings achieved after launch.

Services Provided "As Is"

Services and deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of your website, third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, Google Business Profile, or payment processors), or compatibility with every device or browser.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

Your website or project may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Formspree, Stripe, or Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or data handling by those third parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility outages, illness, or other events of a similar nature.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If you terminate after work has begun, amounts paid to date — including any deposit — are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
